Terms of Service

1. Provider

The service is provided by SAFEGUARD TİCARET, founder and owner Muhammed Emin Yetişmiş, registered with Yüksekova Vergi Dairesi, official domain safeguardtr.com, contact info@safeguardtr.com.

2. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using SafeGuard you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Nature of the service

SafeGuard provides risk information and security signals about accounts, IBANs and sellers. Results are indicative and probabilistic. They are not financial, legal or investigative advice, and they are not a statement that any person has committed a crime. Final payment decisions remain yours.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, defame or profile individuals.
• Do not submit knowingly false fraud reports.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell or overload the service.
• Do not use the service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The SafeGuard application, brand, risk models and content are owned by SAFEGUARD TİCARET and licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFEGUARD TİCARET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from transactions you choose to complete or cancel based on information in the application.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with jurisdiction in the competent courts of the provider's registered location.
